MarketLens is an AI-powered market price analysis platform designed for automotive parts businesses. Our Service provides:

• Bulk part number lookups and analysis
• API access for integration with your systems

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your alert settings.

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any messages we send to you or that you send to us. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Opting Out

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Market data and pricing information are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIOTEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Niotex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
